If a product is damaged or faulty, we will exchange or refund as stated by Australian Consumer Law. Item/s must be returned, and once item/s have been received, an email will be sent to you letting you know if it qualifies for exchange or refund. Buyer pays for return postage. Postage fees are non-refundable. If damaged/faulty product/s are approved for refund, the money will be refunded as your original payment method. Eg. If you paid for the item on credit card, your refund payment will be applied on credit card.
